Buying your first house at 22 years old can be a very daunting task, but working with John was a great experience. John understood exactly what it was that we were looking for. At times it seemed like he knew what we were looking for even when we couldn’t articulate the thoughts ourselves. One Sunday afternoon, before we started working with John, I actually toured the house we ended up buying during an open house. At the time, it didn’t seem like much, but when we ended up going back with John, he allowed me to look at the house in a different light. In the end, the house we bought was by far the number one house on our list, and we couldn’t have been happier with the house and the price for which we purchased it.
